• I hate it when this happens, but it happens all the time:

I leave a comment on somebody else’s blog only to realize after I already posted my comment that I made a typo, and now I can’t correct it. I always wished there were a feature that allowed a commenter to make corrections, at least within a few minutes of posting.

I am delighted to report that this very feature exists, for I just left a comment on another blog, and here’s a screenshot of the comment I posted:

As you can see, there’s a click to edit option with a dynamic timer running backwards, giving me five minutes to correct all my typos.

Does anybody know what kind of plugin this is?

  • I used to use the WP Ajax Edit Comments plugin, but they went commercial and I discontinued using it.

Yeah, I just installed the Ajax plugin. Seems to be the only one. Costs five bucks. Works great, though. I love it.

Wondering what kind of plugin WP itself uses. After all, once I post this comment, I’ll be able to edit what I wrote for a limited period of time.
