    do you by chance have multiple countdown plugins installed?
    how exactly are you using the shortcode?

    Hi there – we we do now, as we are using another plugin to try that one. But we did not when I raised the question. Shortcode looked like this. Perhaps it needs more?
    [tminus t=”28-01-2016 HH:MM:SS” style=”carbonite”/]

    ok! well, if you are happy with the current countdown, that’s cool.

    if you want to see what the issue was with the shortcode, we are happy to help you get this issue resolved. It’s probably being caused by a JS error being thrown on your page, after the countdown. Try loading the script inline using the shortcode:

    [tminus t="28-01-2016 00:00:00" style="carbonite" jsplacement="inline"/]
