When placing the timer onto a site, have tried on two different websites as well, once reset comes up on evergreen with a 24hr countdown. But soon a refresh the page the timer has run to 0 and page redirects or shows message? Is there a bug on current version causing this?

    Hi @rawstriker

    1. Make sure you update to the latest version (2.2.27.1).
    2. If the problem persists, if you’re using a caching plugin make sure you exclude the timer cookie: _ht-CDT-1234 where 1234 is the timer ID.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for your reply Nabil

I checked and I have the latest version, the only cache plugin I use is site ground. I deactivate the plugin to test if it was this but still does the same problem. Does it work with all themes?

    thanks

    Hi,

I have figured out what is causing the issues, it is elementor. When added to page created with elementor it doesn not display correctly on one site and does as stated above on another site. Do you have any kind of a work around for this?

    thanks in advanced

    Hi @rawstriker

Mind sharing the page URL on which you’re displaying the timer or sending to [email protected] ?

    Looking forward to your reply
