    Is it possible to schedule some ordering in required time frame. I wish to make automatically reordering depend of configuration.

    Perhaps you can use the add-on Reorder by Terms and create a taxonomy where each one is reordered differently. Then you can use a timer to show the reordered posts within a category instead.
