Timeout when wp_remote_post

    Hello there,

    We have encountered some troubles when using zendesk request form.

    When people uploaded files, we are getting a timeout with function wp_remote_post
    default is 5 seconds.

    Increase this value please ??
    Also, we didn’t get any error because :

    HP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /wp-content/plugins/zendesk-request-form/zendesk-request-form.php:743

    Hi @vinvin27, this has been fixed in today’s update. Let me know if it’s working for you after updating to v2.9.4 ??

    Did you increase the wp request time out or just catching the error ?

    Yes the timeout was increased as part of this update. Let me know if it is working ok for you.
