    Hi
    I am still getting the timeout error even though the servers php timeout is set to zero.
    What else can cause this ?

    Build Folder: /home/baphevi/public_html/wood/wp-snapshots/tmp
    Some servers close connections quickly; yet the build can continue to run in the background. To validate if a build is still running; open the ‘tmp’ folder above and see if the archive file is growing in size. If it is not then your server has strict timeout constraints. Please visit the support page for additional resources.
    Thanks in advance

    Hey jbesa,

    Checkout this section on the FAQs I believe it may help with this issue:
    -> Browse to: https://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find section: “3. Troubleshoot=> Timeout Issues”

    Some servers just won’t let you around their limits. If that is the case then you will have to create directory filters and then manually move the files…

    Hope that helps!

    Thank You so much for your response.
    Your support is amazing and outstanding as well as your plugin.
    I eventually did the move ‘by hand’.

    Duplicator worked perfectly the last time i used it.
    I will keep on using Duplicator.
    Thx again !
