• Hi Matthieu

Sorry for posting at the wrong place. Here is the error message I am getting on updating to 3.1.5 –

Error during pull operation:cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Help!

    Thanks much for everything!

Getting a cURL error prompted me to check with my hosting provider at SiteGround. They maximized the memory size, but did not help. Still getting the error.

I have the same issue. Any suggestion?

It is not working yet. My understanding is that the plugin developer Matthieu is working on it. I am eagerly waiting for him to push an update soon.

    Hi,

I have absolutely no availabilities right now to work on this project…

What I can say is that this issue will surely be solved when we can implement a new process for importation.

    Hi Matthieu

My client project is completely stuck because of this plugin issue. If I give you wp-admin access could you please go in and check? I have tried to delete and re-install plugin many times, saved permalinks but still getting cURL error.

Would request if you could take a look at my wp-admin? I will send you username and password.

    Thanks!

@arjunmr I’m sorry to hear that your project is stuck.

Unfortunately as explained above, I can not provide technical support for now – no availabilities at all.

What have you tried to debug/fix the situation so far?

If timeouts (re)appear after updating to 3.1.5, I suggest you to downgrade to previous versions where it was working better.

    Can you try that?

Ok I will try doing that.

    Thanks!
