    I am getting a timeout error when I try to do a full backup or a Files Only Plugins. I had this issue before and now it started again. The hosting company gave me max time before a timeout.

    Thanks for sharing with us.

    We see that you shared the log of the files backup with us. In order to understand which part of files is the problematic one, could you do a test, please?
    Please, backup with the following scenario:
    1) Plugins
    2) Plugins + Themes
    3) Plugins + Themes + WP Content
    4) Plugins + Themes + Uploads

    Let us know which one is successful and share the log of the failed backup if there is any.

    I tried all four scenarios. They all failed. Anything with the Plugin Folder will not backup. This includes the Full Backup.

    I am also getting a timeout error. I have the Request Frequency set at 2 seconds.
