timeout?

I have 8500 members on my network and when searching for a particular field a blank page is produced when one of the options is selected. This never used to occur for this option – it would seem that perhaps too many results are being produced and there is a timeout. Is this possible. I’m on a dedicated server. I could give you login credentials to check?
