As a side note, the Power add-on incorporates five previously separate add-ons so the price corresponds to the value of those five separate add-ons pricing (from 3 years ago), and is not just a replacement for the ProPack add-on which was maintained and supported for many years. The recent updates to WP to 4.8.2 required patches and updates to SLP. Unfortunately that also effected the Legacy add-ons. They still work with older versions of SLP but once WP updated SLP update was required onour end, but not required for individual sites to update. We
auto update. The Legacy add-ons were combined to be grouped by functionality and this minimized the maintenance and footprint of having 18 separate add-ons. We appreciate that customers may not need all the functionality of Power. It is much faster when importing, building directories, adding contact fields and provides the ability to create SEO Pages and will continue to be supported. The developer postponed retiring the Legacy add-ons over the course of two years. The legacy add-ons code did not work efficiently nor were they constructed to use the “smart options” employed by the current SLP plug-in. The SLP plug-in remains as a free plug-in.
