    Hello, I have a client that got timely plugin installed with their website. They are using the old plugin. Now we want to upgrade it to fix the long URL generated. We do not have any access with their associated account. I can’t see on dashboard what email did they use to signup. Can we ask for help to recover the timely account? we can provide all necessary information.
