I just purchased Timeline Express Pro and am using the Avada Theme. I input the shortcode on the page above, but it does not display. I believe there is a conflict with the theme. Do you have any suggestions to resolve this? Both the theme and my wordpress files are up to date.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @eccentric,

Sorry for the delay – yesterday was Thanksgiving and we were traveling to meet our families for the day.

It does look like the timeline is not fading in, but I can see the markup for the timeline on the page. The timeline and the child container opacity are both set to 0. When the Timeline initializes it should fade in from 0 to 1 so it is visible, however it looks like something is preventing that from occurring.

Since you are a pro license holder, feel free to reach out to us via the contact form on the license page within Timeline Express Pro, or from the contact form on our website:

We’d be happy to dig in and figure out what’s going on for you.

With the most recent release of Timeline Express Pro, there should no longer be any conflict between Avada and the horizontal timeline. If there is, feel free to post back here or reach out to us via our support form, or the contact form on our site and we are more than happy to investigate.
