The timeline block does not show properly. As you can see on the first image, that’s on wordpress, when editing, the timeline is well define with the proper line from first block to 2nd… On the second image, it’s the actual website when viewing it, the line totally disappear.

Any idea please? Also, i am new on wordpress, so much detail is appreciated. Thank you

    Hello there!

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Vertical Timeline widget.

I do see this odd issue on your website. However, from my side, it works perfectly fine. So may I ask you if you see any error messages in your browser console when your vertical timeline looks like this? Also, have you tried to use any of the default WordPress themes or tried to disable other plugins that you have? Perhaps there’s a conflict with one of your installed plugins and that’s why this widget looks broken. And of course, make sure to use the latest version of Elementor which is 3.19.2 now, and the latest version of our Stratum plugin, which is 1.3.16. Also, it would be helpful if you provide us with your website URL where this issue can be checked. Thank you!

Let me know how it goes.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I understand your privacy concern and would like to inform you that I noticed that you use a Twenty Twenty-Four theme so I activated it locally to check how the widget is going to work. Please be informed that I haven’t found any issues with this widget and a vertical line works perfectly fine on this theme.

However, what I noticed from the screenshots you provided previously is that there are buttons called “Remove Media Block” which we don’t have in our widget by default. So may I ask you if used the default widget functionality to create your timeline?

Please, contact us via the live chat on our website or submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look at this issue and try to help you out. Thank you!
