Time Zones don’t work

  • I bought the pro version so that I could do a countdown time. It’s impossible because their UTC time zones don’t work. UTC+5 and UTC-5 produce the same time. For the US, they have a bunch of random cities instead of the standards (like Chicago) and nothing for EST or CST or anything straightforward.

    Yes, the pro version offers a countdown timer, but there is no way to control the amount of time on the timer because of this error, rendering the pro version a waste of money.

    Also, even when I set the banner to show after 3 seconds and NOT “After Scroll”, it absolutely will not show up until the user scrolls!

    @aptora8877 Hi there, we have now released a bug fix resolving the issue you had with the timezones. Can I ask you to try updating to the latest plug-in version and let us know if it works alright?
    Regarding the seconds trigger issue, we can’t replicate it on our end and it looks like a site-specific issue. Can you please contact us at?[email protected]?so we can check and solve the issue for you?
