Time Zones and Scheduled Posts

I’m using WordPress to produce an On-this-Day type of blog.
Regardless of what Time Zone I set in configuration there will always be some people who will be reading ‘yesterdays’ post, as I schedule the posts for specific date/month posting dates.

Is it posiible for the appropriate dated post be be seen the the reader, regardless of where they are in the world?
In other words, determine what post to present based on the reader’s computer date?

If not, could such a feature be incorporated into future versions?
