Time Zone Problems

I’m not sure what’s happening but all of a sudden, posts scheduled via the wordpress app (android) are scheduling 6 hours later than originally scheduled. Timezones on the site and the phone are the same. I’ve disabled all plugins and wiped the app data and nothing helps. If I adjust the time zone on the site to -5 it schedules correctly from the app but then posts scheduled via the dashboard are off.

Very, very frustrating…
