    We are now using Commerce Manager and our merchandise is showing up on instagram. It’s all working

    nothing works. Pepe pointed to the page with the countries where Commerce Manager. I told you that Commerce Manager works in our country. In other words – my problem is not solved

    You mentioned it is all working, can you tell us more about what is working and what isn’t?

    Please note that on the link Pepe shared, while Ukraine is on the list of compatible countries, there’s some more information about it below the table:

    As of April 2022, in compliance with international regulations imposed by the US, UK, and EU, Meta has restricted commerce activities in Crimea, Sevastopol, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) and Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) regions of?Ukraine. Businesses located in these regions will no longer be able to access their Commerce Manager accounts, though their accounts and shops will remain active.

    Yes, I’m in UA.
    We do not use the plug-in for Commerce Manager. We loaded the feed from another site (platform) into Commerce Manager. Now we have launched the site on the WordPress platform.
    Now we are trying to set up the transfer of goods to Commerce Manager from WordPress.
    In general, the Commerce Manager function works in our country and goods are shown in instagram (without the ability to buy directly, but in instagram there are product cards)

    I understand that you are in Ukraine and Commerce Manager is working in your region. But there is a problem when you try to sync your WooCommerce site product with Commerce Manager.

    Is my understanding correct?

    Thank you for your reply and clarification.

    As per my updated knowledge, Kyiv is the capital and largest city of Ukraine and is not part of any of these regions.

    Therefore, you should be able to connect without any problem.
    Could you share a screenshot of the error page?
    This will help me diagnose the issue effectively.

    Thank you for sending the screenshot of the message you get.

    Unfortunately, as the message indicates, your Europe/Kyiv timezone is not supported by Facebook.

    Kindly note that Facebook is the one that sets supported locations, and it is not something we control.

    In this case, you could try changing the timezone to a supported location/timezone and try again.

    To change your site’s timezone, you can do it in Settings > General in the Timezone section.
