    I have the event calendar widget embedded in the footer of our homepage. The event date, time and description are displaying correctly, however, when you click on “More”, the event description link appears with a totally wrong time zone. I’ve double checked the time zone settings within the calendar and everything in there is correct. Is this an error on Google’s end or is there a glitch somewhere with the plug-in?

    Thanks for pointing this out. I will have to look into that and let you know when I have more information about why it is happening.

    Thanks!

    I see the issue that you pointed out also. I am still not sure who’s end it is on. What is the difference in time between what should be showing and what it actually shows?

    i.e. Mine are showing 3 hours apart. It shows 5pm when it should be showing 2pm.

    Are they consistent lengths apart for different events? And I know you said you checked you timezone settings, but are your settings in the WP admin also set correctly?

    Thanks

    @katielmac,

    I did a test of this with the newest version and it appears to be fixed. If I view an event while not logged into a Google Account then it will show the event in the timezone that is set in your WP admin settings.

    Let me know if you still see any errors on your side, but it should be fixed now.

    Thanks!

    Thanks so much for addressing the time zone issue I was having. I made sure to double check the timezone setting in the WP admin and everything seems to be working just fine now. Thanks!
