Time zone option?

    I tested and saw that it does have ‘z’ and ‘Z’ timezone options.
    However, they’re +/- instead of names, and using +/- timezones doesn’t work as well as names due to Daylight Savings time changes (correct me if I’m wrong).
    Please consider enhancing this plugin’s functionality.
