    Hello, just integrated this template a few days ago for a customer.

    I am having an issue with the “Customer Order Receipt” Template.

    When it is automatically printed, it prints the receipt in a timezone that is 4 hours ahead of us. Example: when it is 1:15 pm, it says the order was made at 5:15 pm.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for support.

    The Time Ordered timestamp for the default templates, including the “Customer Order Receipt” templates uses the Universal time (UTC) time configured under the General settings for your Website.

    We have a feature request in the development roadmap to support the Local time configuration for users not using Universal time (UTC).

    @jsaline a quick update. Please update to the latest version of the plugin 3.0.5 released today. The new version changes default print templates to use general settings for Local Timezone for time ordered value on print outs. This should be an easier solution for changing the time on the print out to reflect your location.

    I have the v3.0.5 plugin but am coming up with the same issue as the original poster. I am in London and it is showing the UTC time on my order receipt.

    Any suggestions?

    An update to this. It work with the supplied email templates but I bought and am using the Sample Print Template and that one has the issue for me.
