    Did you try using it without the start time offset in 2.0.7? I am just curious if it works without adding that in now.

    I will see if I can find out what’s going on here for you.

    A problem with the time zone not correcting for Daylight Savings made me change the time zone to the specific location (ie. New York) instead of using the Time Zone offset. Everything appears to be working correctly now. Sorry for all the confusion.
