Time Zone Issue

Follow these instructions even though the page talks about correcting a contact form email issue, the instructions are the same to be followed to have the correct timezone in Visitor maps

I am having the same issue and this is not related to the time zone set in WordPress nor the server. In my instance both are set correctly and this plugin is using a different value rather than the server or WordPress’s value.

You must have another plugin causing it.
Try temporarily deactivating other plugins.
