Time Zone Conversion a dicey disaster

  • I’m a paid user with clients in a different time zones. I can only get time zone conversion to work with DST support turned OFF by using values that are actually incorrect. Evidently everything will go South during the daylight savings transitions. It’s simply not reliable. Support has been responsive but not helpful.

    Hi,

    The solution is usually to keep the DST option ON and adjust the time zone to match the correct time. I don’t see a support ticket open with the issue you are experiencing, if you provide the ticket # or send a new message to the ticket to re-open it I’ll check why that isn’t working in your case and point to the solution.
