Time To Go and End Date – Discrepancy

Hello, there are times the ‘end date’ selected and the ‘time to go’ are mismatched. For example, the end date may be set for 5 days in the future but time to go will say 3 days. I have checked the wordpress time, counted as business days, etc and cannot seem to identify why it does this and sometimes it does not. Is there anything I can check to resolve this?
