Hi, thank you for the plugin, this is exactly what I was looking for.

    2 questions:
    1) How is the plugin determining the time stamp? Is there a way to change the time zone?
    2) Where is the chat data being stored? Also, for the “Messages Limit” setting, does this number indicate the number of messages saved (and the rest deleted) or is it the number of messages displayed (and the rest hidden)?

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    thank you!
    1. There is no possibility to adjust the time zone now, but I’m planning the support for time zones in the next versions of the plugin. It should be available in 1-3 weeks. Please be patient. Now there is only one timezone – the one set on the server.
    2. Chat data is stored in DB in dedicated table. No messages are deleted automatically yet. It can be done only by clicking “Clear Messages” button on admin settings page. “Messages Limit” setting determines only how many messages are shown by default on start-up. Sometimes it is useful to present a few past messages on start-up. The setting will be rearranged in future versions.

    Regards,
    Marcin

    Hi,

Timezones support was added in 1.3.0 version. Date and time should be now adjusted according to timezone of the end-point user.

    Regards,
    Marcin
