Time picker does not show active when time format has AM PM

    I have noticed a bug in recent releases with regards to the time picker.

    If you choose the time to show with “AM/PM” within the plugin (not within WordPress itself), the time will update within the booking, but it will not show an “active” css highlight code.

    This can be confusing to website consumers, as they would be expecting the time they pick to show as highlighted.

    Good: When time format within plugin settings is “1:41” style
    BAD: When time format within plugin settings is “1:41am” style


    I suspect the code is not matching on the text or something some how..
