Time out error

Hi, I get a build interrupt error and even though I have adjusted memory limits, etc from my server, it doesn’t make it any better.
Under the Diagnose and Try Again buttons, I get a Server Status 404 window that show me the Search results page of my site if no posts had been found. Then the wp-snaphost notice follows.

I don’t see anything helpful in the log either. It used to work fine before!
