Hello, I installed the plugin and changed the times under Settings > General but the time doesn’t seem to be showing up in the checkout page. I only get “Select Time” and no options under it.

@usawhney can you provide a screenshot of your general settings, and your WordPress Date/Time formats, timezone, and locale settings? In addition if you can provide your PHP version, WordPress version, and WooCommerce version that will help me determine the cause. Thanks!

@usawhney so I do see that you have days ahead set to 0(zero), which is probably part of the problem. If you set this to 1 it will most likely resolve your problem. I’m going to probably need to talk through this setting with Matt and his thoughts on the best way to communicate this setting and perhaps I may need to make an adjustment to the code.

@tnolte I just changed it to 1 but the problem still exists. No time options show up.

@usawhney so it seems this has something to do with the fact that you are using a UTC offset “-5” instead of selection a named timezone in WordPress. I’m debugging it to determine if there is a way to handle this. Can you pick a name-based timezone instead of the -5 UTC offset?

@usawhney so this issue apparently isn’t strictly related to the -5 UTC offset, but specifically using a UTC offset under PHP 7.0.x. The UTC offset doesn’t have a problem in PHP 5.6/7.1/7.2/7.3. Can you update your PHP version to something newer?

@usawhney I may have found another use case where the selection list ends up as just blank. The pending 1.3.9 release may fix this for you.

@usawhney please update to the latest version of the plugin released today. This should resolve this issue.
