Time.ly All In One calendar and google calendar syning issues

    i have a time.ly all in one calendar and i have been syncing it to my google calendar. i cannot tell how often it supposed to sync. i was told once an hour but that is not happening, there does not seem to be a fixed time as sometimes it happens 5 hours and sometimes it happens in 12. i really would like to get it down to exactly 15 minutes but would settle for an hour but what it is doing now is not working for me

    i tried advanced cron manager but apparently it does not work either. i was then directed to a page on how to replace my word press cron job with a linux cron job from my cpanel but that is not working either.

    can anyone try to help me… i am really new to this but i follow directions pretty good
