Time Limit

Hello if I want the plugin to Automatically upload remote images from existing posts every 600 seconds do I have to check the “Check archiving by default” box and set the “Time Limit” value to 600 seconds. IF these settings are implemented will the script execute every 600 seconds and upload the remote images from existing posts ?
