    Please can you confirm what your TimeZone is set to in “Settings”->”General”. Is it your correct timezone?

    It is set to New York, which is the correct time zone. I assume that that is why the time for submitting the ticket is correctly recorded. So I presume that the time given for replies must be using something else.
