Time is Advanced

I’m currently at +8:00GMT so i should pu +8 on the Times in the weblog should differ by…

it works, for the posts and comments. but for some weird reasons other time (like for the calendar, countdown [plugin], those time in the <del></del>) will be 8hrs advanced than my time
