Time in list – not a bug smal error. "h" change to "H"

    In the list you can read: 2013-12-28 02:41 CET
    But the time is 2013-12-28 14:41 CET

    Change in PHP.
    ‘date ( string $format [, int $timestamp = time() ] )’

    h 12-hour format of an hour with leading zeros 01 through 12
    H 24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros 00 through 23
