    How much would it cost to have a plugin created that would show both the student and the instructor of a self paced online course how much time the student has been in the course working and to set a min hours for course completion?

    The features you’ve described are already available in LearnPress. When a course is created:

    • Both students and instructors can view the course details, including the student’s progress.
    • You can set a course duration to specify the time frame within which students must complete the course.
    • After completing the course, students and instructors can see the start time and completion time for the course, allowing them to track the time spent.

    while it can be calculated perhaps I did not explain it well enough. For example I have a course that requires a min of 60 hours. They can do those 60 in 6 months doesn’t matter. But they must meet the minimum time spend studying the course before they earn their certificate or completion.

    Currently, the feature you’ve described (setting a minimum number of hours that students must spend studying the course before earning a certificate or completion) is not available in LearnPress by default.

    However, this functionality can be implemented with custom development if you or your team has technical knowledge.
