    Ah! Clearing the cache of minified JavaScript solves the problem. I can easily add a rule to stop WP Fastest Cache cacheing that particular JS.

    I spoke too soon, after emailing WP Fastest Cache support – it seems that the hour and minute is put into the page source code and so any cacheing will cause a problem. They suggest using an Ajax call to get the time – could that be a possible solution?
