Time format on submission form

Sorry, “Another Event Calendar” follows the 24 hours time format in forms. So, this cannot be changed in forms. But, you can control the display format(front-end) in event(s) pages. You just need to adjust the WordPress core settings page to get this. Kindly check https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/time-settings/
