Time Format – AM – PM instead of 24hrs

Hello, We are using the classic editor and we want a 12hrs format for publishing time.
When we switch to block editor it’s working but now working with the classic editor.
We updated the time date format etc from the setting – The time zone is New york.
it should be Published on: Apr 20, 2021 at 11:26AM or Published on: Apr 20, 2021 at 11:26PM
