time for quiz not work

  • Hi,

    This plugin works really well. I just have some little problems. Some user take quiz but the time limit won’t show.
    I set time for 3 minutes. Some user take quiz and get poin but in result, I can’t see their time to complete the quiz.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Do the results with 0 seconds look like genuine users or spam users?

    Would you be able to provide a link to the quiz itself so that I can debug the front-end?

    They are genuine users. They fill the e-mail column and phone number.

    Hmm.. I went to your link and everything seems to be working correctly. There are no JS errors caused by the plugin. The hidden counter that is used to keep track of the timer to use in the admin seems to be working. I tested in multiple browsers and it seems to work in all of the ones I tried. I will have to do some further testing to see if I can replicate this issue.
