Time field not inline.

Hi!

I am currently having the issue of the time selection fields for hour and minutes ending up stacking on top of each other rather than landing in line.

I have been trying to experiment with the css styles without any luck.
I noticed someone had the same issue in the past:

However, the solution which is suggested by one of the replies in the post does not seem to work for me.

Any suggestions?
