time element

I have set up 2 newsletters, and 2 autoresponders [ARs].
Instead of using days on the ARs, is there some way to set the time in minutes? I can’t test functionality by waiting days for an action to happen. To make sure everything is working right, I want to wait only a couple minutes, not days.
