Time displays different when logged out

    The plugin settings for how to display the time (hours/minutes/seconds vs. minutes) is controlled by the logged in user, so when nobody is logged in it uses the default format (which is minutes). I’ll add a global setting for this soon.

    The new version (1.3) adds global settings that will take effect when no user is logged in. With these you can now control the default display format for time and distance. User specific settings will still override the defaults.
