Time displayed incorrectly in Ajax Event calendar

Suddenly I’m not able to get Ajax events calendar to display the correct times. I enter the correct time & save but it always appears wrong when the event is opened. I’m also having trouble adding an event – sometimes the add button doesn’t work.

I’m not able to get correct time to display on my calendar plugin. I posted on this forum last week & was referred to the plugin forum (Ajax Calendar). Got no response there so I installed a new calendar plugin (Event Calendar) and am having the very same problem. Is this a WordPress issue, rather than a plugin issue?
