Time display – no start time

We are not always given the start times to events – is it possible to leave this field blank? I have tried adding spaces, dashes etc – anything other than the time. Is this possible? Currently having to leave some as the default 12am which is not ideal. i wouldnt want this to be empty across the board – just the one or 2 events we do get with out times.
