Time Difference after changing a booking in back-end

It’s me again ??
I’m facing issues with the following;I’m booking an appointment for example at 16:00 at 20 march 2020 in the front-end site.
This is confirmed in email, and see it appearing good in google calendar.When i change this booking in the back-end from 20 march 2020 at 16:00 to (for example) 17 march 2020 at 16:00 , then in the back end overview from all the bookings, the time changed to 17:00. If i edit this booking again, it’s still at 16:00. Google calendar stays at 16:00 as well.
In the confirmation mail it will say 17:00 as wellwhich confuses the client.
My timezones (both wordpress and google calendar) are none UTC.
Can you reproduce this? or do i have a setting wrong?
