    1) Looking at the category page of all posts, the date displays correctly. When you click in to the individual post, the date displays as the full, written out date rather than just numbers and doesn’t display within the box provided, making everything in that line look out of alignment.

    2) The name of the author doesn’t break after the icon, so the short name “Eric” makes the icon shift to the left.

    Please assist. I can use html & css but not PHP and templates…

    Update:

    I changed the setting of my Date format to show only the first 3 letters of the month in my WP settings. This helped.

    I went in to content-single.php and copied it to my child theme. Added a
    after the fa-user icon and loaded it on my site. This fixed the user avatar.

    Please consider for an update in next version.

    Update: I cannot find the file to insert a
    on for the archives page.

    I searched everywhere in the site files that fa-user existed and entered a
    afterwards, which fixed the problem.
