Time ago date format recent comments plugin

Hi I got the disqus recent comments but the posts are showing dates.
I want the recent comments to show 4 minutes ago or 1 hour ago or 3d ago. Time ago format from when it was posted.
Please guide me a complete newb to fixing this. Thank you
