Time Access Expiration

Is it somehow possible to set Access Expiration of some Membership2 to the end of the Membership1 which is required if someone wants to buy Membership2 ?

For example:
Membership1 is “basic access” without possibility to download something – access for 6 months.

Membership2 is “download access” which can be bought after week or even 2 months. But it shouldn’t extend further than the end of access to the Membership1.
