Tiled Mosaic, Square tiles Gallery Image-editing

Hi!

I am so far quite pleased with jetpack but I have stumbled upon some issues. I am creating a portfolio for a makeupartist so Im using the tiled gallery function. Problem I have is that:

1. Featured image of a gallery gets “cropped” automatically. Is there a way to customize this so you can show a specific part of the picture in the feature?

2. In the Tiled Mosaic / Square tiles some pictures also gets cropped automatically and very unfortunate in some cases (ending a picture with half a head etc). Is there a way to customize this aswell?
