Tiled Image Galleries not working

  • OK so here goes.

    I am trying, with little success as it happens, to use the Jetpack “tiled” gallery option on my site but absolutely none of them and I do mean NONE of them work. The carousel option is working, the default grid layout in my theme is working…everything is working apart from Jetpack! Let’s say I select the “mosaic” option, which is a favourite I have to admit, Then all I see on my webpage when I look at it in my browser is this:

    Not matter what option I choose this is always the result. Now I know my there “Edge” is compatible with Jetpack as it was the theme that suggested I use it! I am slowly going crazy because as a photographer, my portfolio and images are kinda my selling point really so not having them show up AT ALL is kind of defeating the object ??

    So where am I going wrong? I followed the “create a gallery” page on your add-on page to the letter and even watched a few online videos of people explaining it in “simple terms” because of course right now that is kinda how I am feeling.

    I really need to get this sorted fast, can someone please help a girlie out huh???

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    It’s worth noting that Tiled Galleries rely on Photon to resize your images on the fly and create that tiled effect.

    However, if the Photon CDN isn’t able to download your images to resize, optimize, and cache them, none of the images will work in your posts.

    This may happen if you use an image hotlinking protection service that blocks Photon altogether.
    It may also happen if your images can’t be loaded in less than 10 seconds because your server can’t serve them faster or because they’re too large.

    Could you post a link to one of your galleries so I can take a closer look?
