Tiled gallery, load only what you see on screen

    jetpack image gallery
    I didn’t see an option when creating gallery and choosing any type (i am using tiled often) to chose only load certain pictures first (may be a page what ever is seen on screen or first 20 or so on) only, instead of loading all pictures. i would be happy if someone can point me towards this option if already exist if not would like to suggest this feature, which will save on bandwidth if there are 100s of image in one page/post.

    With Jetpack Tiled Galleries, all the images you choose will be displayed on page load since the heavy lifting of the tiled display and thumbnail generation is done on our servers at WordPress.com using Photon.

    This feature is either on or off, so there’s no way to selectively load images.

    I hope that clarifies things! Marking as resolved as that is the expected behavior.
